Section 1:

Membership classifications in the Alumni Association shall be Regular, Associate, Honorary or Emeritus:

Regular members are graduates of Southeast High School or any successor school resulting from a change of name.
Associate membership is available to any former student of the Southeast High School who attended the school for not less than one year.
Honorary membership may be conferred upon persons who have shown commitment to the school or to the Alumni Association or to the Alumni Association’s programs and purposes.
Emeritus membership may be conferred upon a person whose graduated from the Southeast High School 55 years prior to the conference of emeritus status and who has been a dues paying member in good standing of the Association for at least five consecutive years.

Section 2:

Membership dues shall be determined by the Board of Directors and shall be assessed for a fiscal year commencing January 1 and ending December 31 of each year. Membership dues are presently established to be $10.00 annually. Members who have attained emeritus status are members in good standing and do not have to pay annual dues.

Section 3:

Member in good standing shall mean a person or entity that has paid annual membership dues for the current membership year.

Section 4:

All graduating seniors from the 2007-2008 school year forward shall be granted one year of dues free membership to the Association the year immediately after graduation.
